About

I am a former high school Spanish teacher and field hockey coach with a passion for colors, fabrics, and interiors.  In 8 years of teaching and coaching, I had the opportunity to work with some tremendous young adults.  After always encouraging my students and athletes to pursue and follow their dreams, I decided it was time for me to do the same.

I earned my certification in Interior Decorating from the University of Richmond in April 2011 and am a member of International Furnishings and Design Association (IFDA).  I enjoy working with clients on projects of all levels to create rooms that they truly love.

We all spend a great deal of time in our homes, and I believe that we should have rooms that are welcoming, comfortable, and attractive.  I am honored that clients invite me into their homes, and I take pride in helping them accomplish beautiful designs that reflect their lives and personalities.

Nate Berkus, Oprah’s favorite interior designer and host of his own television show, often says, “Your home should rise up to greet you.”

Let me help you create a home full of rooms that will “rise up to greet you”.
