Cathy Green Interiors offers a variety of decorating services to help clients create spaces that are comfortable and attractive. From ‘do-it-yourself’ clients, to those who want advice every step of the way, the ultimate goal of every project is to create a welcoming and inspiring room that captivates the eye.
On any project, the first step is the Initial Consultation. During the Initial Consultation, I will meet you at your home and we will discuss your goals and needs for the room(s). Next, we will discuss a variety of design specifics and come up with a plan to create a room that reflects your personality and style.
Complete Room Redesign
Whether you are moving into a new home or you have a room you want to completely redo, we can work together to plan the perfect space. I will help you choose colors, furniture, window treatments, accessories, and other items to create a beautiful room.
Color Consultation
The American artist Georgia O’Keefe once said, “I found I could say things with color and shapes that I couldn’t say any other way–things I had no words for.” Color often creates the biggest impact in a room. Simply changing the color on the walls or the color of accessories can create a whole new mood. In a color consultation, I will help you choose the perfect color or colors in order to achieve the look and feel that you desire.
Furniture Arrangement & Room Layout
If your room feels too cluttered or too empty, we can discuss different layouts to find the best furniture arrangement for the space. We will decide if pieces need to be added, removed, or simply rearranged to create a functional flow and a fresh, attractive appearance.
Nurseries & Children’s Rooms
From traditional pinks and blues, to modern shapes and colors, we will work together to design the perfect room for your little one. Whether it is a newborn’s nursery or a transition to a big kid’s room, I will help you create a stimulating and unique space.
Decorating Consultations
This option is for the client who is creative and resourceful, but who is having trouble pulling all of the details of a room together ~ ‘Aspiring DIY’ers’ I like to call them. First, we will meet to discuss your goals, needs, and ideas for the room. I will then provide you with options and a guide for completing the space. With the ideas I provide and your creativity, you will be well on your way to a beautiful room.
